While our delivery only kitchens will mention in the store description or site title if they have Halal options. Unfortunately our sites in Leeds and Manchester sites do not currently offer Halal dishes.
What items are suitable for vegans?
All vegan items are listed on our menu (there is a sample menu available here). Currently over 50% of our menu is vegan friendly. All our sauces are also vegan.
Which dishes contain nuts?
None of our recipes include nuts. However, some items are produced in factories that handle nuts.
Are any of your dishes gluten free?
Due to the nature of our kitchens, none of our items are completely gluten free as the chances of cross contamination are very high.
Can I book a table at Little Bao Boy?
We don't handle any of the bookings for our sites. To inquire about booking a table or a private area please contact North Brewing Co. Their contact details can be found HERE. Please note that Little Bao Boy can only be found at the following sites: North Taproom: Sovereign Street, Springwell and North Taproom: Circle Square.
Can I book Little Bao Boy for a private event?
If you would like to book us for a private event please use the contact page and fill in the contact form. Please include information such as date, time, covers, location, dietry requirements and desired spend per head.
Is it possible to order for take away?
Our stores in Leeds and Manchester are all set up to prepare your orders for takeaway. Please just specify when you order.
Can I place a pre-order for collection later?
We currently don't offer a pre-order option, unless it is placed through a delivery platform such as Deliveroo. Due to the nature of our brand we can run out of more popular items during busy periods and therefor are unable to hold back stock for pre-orders.
Do you do street food events or pop ups?
We are constantly on the road doing street food events, pop ups and mini residencies. Keep a look out on our social media to see where you can find us next.
What are your opening hours?
All our opening hours for our sites are listed on the locations page. Our delivery only kitchens will have their opening times listed on the relavant ordering platforms.
I've found you on Deliveroo listed in a location not shown on your website. Is this a genuine Little Bao Boy?
The chances are it is! We have a tie in with a company called Sessions who run all of our dark kitchens for us. While it's not a customer facing site, the food and service will be exactly as you'd expect from Little Bao Boy.
I've ordered from Deliveroo and need to change my order. What do I do?
Each delivery kitchen should be able to supply you with contact details. Please only contact the kitchen you have delivered from, as other sites will be unable to help you with your specific order. If you are unable to find contact details or encounter a problem please report the issue to the relevant delivery platform.
I've had an issue with my delivery. Who do I contact?
The ideal situation is that you contact the kitchen via the delivery platform you have ordered from - this is the most effective way to rectify any issues. If you encounter any further problems, please contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to solve the issue.
I've ordered a product from your website and need to return it. Whats your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on perishable items, however items like merchandise and non-perishable items can be exchanged or returned.
My item has arrived and it is damaged. Please can I get a replacement?
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us via our contact form. We will require your order number and delivery address and may ask for photographic evidence. We will then be able to arrange a replacement product to be sent out.
I have a question not featured in your FAQ's. How can I get in contact with someone at Little Bao Boy?
The best place to contact us is via our contact page form. Please don't message us through social media as our messages are not monitored consistently.
