We Are Hiring!
Little Bao Boy is recruiting and we are recruiting HARD…
We are on the look out for 6 Full Time members of staff and 12 part time members across multiple sites to come and be a part of our Bao family.
To give some background Little Bao Boy started up in 2016 trading at outside events across the North of England, some events were great, some not so great, but most importantly we had fun with it and made sure we had a smile on our face.
Outside mobile trading is still a huge part of our business but since then we have multiple sites across Leeds and have a load more in the pipeline and that’s why we need some hard working grafters with a good attitude and at least 5/10 banter.
We are currently on the look out for 6 Full time members of staff and 12 part time members of staff to work across our current and new sites, and if you’re up for it some outside catering.
Regardless of whether you are looking for full time or part time roles we are looking for candidates who are:
Have great people skills
Respect for one another
Passion for working with food
Prepping and cooking of food
Serving Customers in an open Kitchen Environment
Cleaning of cooking equipment and Kitchen
Keeping to Environmental Health and Food Safety Standards
Full Time Roles
For our full time roles our hours will span from 35-50 hours across all of the sites, depending on if we have specials events on and busy times of the year etc. Throughout the roles in our full time recruitment process we are looking for Managers, Key Holders and Employees pending on how much desired experience you have.
Depending on the role, responsibilities will fluctuate from ordering stock, preparing rotas, stock takes, opening the kitchen but all roles will include cooking and serving customers and cleaning.
Part Time Roles
Our part time roles are equally as important as full time and our part time staff are crucial to us! Throughout the sites we are looking for individuals who can support our managers, keyholders etc. Have a passion for cooking and customer service and basically enjoy a laugh at the same time. We can be extremely flexible with out part time hours and want to make sure that the other priorities in your life can still be focused on when working for us.
Experience in a Kitchen is of course ideal but the right attitude is just as important
Experience working in a Kitchen Environment
Experience in the Street Food events
Food Safety Trained (level 1-2)
Experience working with dough
In a nutshell
In a nutshell we are growing our business at a massive rate and fully understand the importance and value of having amazing staff. We can’t succeed in being class if our staff aren’t class. We want to make sure everyone has a solid work life balance as we are all too well aware of the hours that are put in with hospitality roles. None of our sites open past 21:30 and some sites potentially will be closed 2 days a week allowing some structure and planning of social time around that. Speaking of social time...we like to socialise, we like to have fun, play hard and work hard and in fact, we encourage it. Go out, have a good time, come into work with the beer fear and tell us all about it. As long as you're smiling, sending out food you are proud of and still have a good attitude that will work for us!
If all of this sounds like your vibe email email@example.com and send over your CV and a little about yourself.
